Great service! I seeked for their help to repair my laptop with pink screen issue, which later they identified as a faulty lcd screen. From diagnosis to completion of repair work, it only took 1 day to have my laptop fixed with a reasonable price, their efficiency is incredible. Besides, you don't even have to send the laptop to them as they will arrange lalamove to pick it up from your house and deliver it back to you. I found out Dotronix and Services via google. I need to fix my kid's laptop with cracked screen. The reviews are good, so i decided to contact via whatsapp. I texted at 16:15 and got quotation at 17:10. The person came to pick up (yes free pick up!) at 17:40. Same day at 20:15 he messaged me he is on the way to delivere the laptop. Very happy with the service which is really quick and efficient. I think the price is decent as well. I had a laptop issue where my screen suddenly had a horizontal black lines popping out of nowhere, my laptop is LENOVO Legion. Saw this service online and tried to reach them, it was helpful my laptop is all good now! And it was quick as well! Really satisfied with the service!

My laptop screen was pitched black after switched on for several weeks, no screen displayed, but upon connecting to another monitor it can function. I texted the owner and asked regarding the problem and he kindly explained the problems, what he will fix so I have clear understanding of what to expect. The service was very good and managed to be completed within the same day. The owner even showed me pictures of the internal parts of the laptops and did several changes for free of charge. He even helped me to change some broken parts of the laptop hinge so it can be opened and closed properly. Thank you for the good service, hospitality and explanation. The price charged was also reasonable and cheaper compared to other places. Definitely will come again!
