Had 2 laptops, a Lenovo Legion Pro and Dell XPS 9710 with display issues and SSD failure respectively. Was avoiding the official services because of the very high repair costs. Found this store online through Google and met the owner. Overall had a wonderful experience as he was able to solve most of the issues, explaining the methods needed to be done while keeping it at a honest price. Will come back again for future services!

My DELL Inspiron Laptop experienced hinges issue when flip on the screen, I found Dotronix PC Repairs from Google and decided to let them have a check since they have good ratings and reviews. Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5, barely damage near the screen and some broken parts missing, dotronix did a good job to fix my laptop! Highly recommended!

Super fast repairs and great quality, too! Really attentive towards computer problems and communicated pretty well on what the issues were and what needs to be done to fix them. I had to get a laptop fixed, as it wasn't turning on properly, and despite the Raya holiday being the next day (and most computer repair shops were already closed by then), they still managed to get the motherboard and a broken hinge on the laptop repaired within the same day - sent the broken laptop in the middle of the afternoon and they had it done by night time. Fair pricing too, especially for motherboard repairs and replacing other broken parts (cheap compared to a lot of repair shops that I've been to elsewhere). Plus, I didn't even need to visit the store in person to deliver my laptop - they had a courier to pick up the laptop at my house, and once the repairs were done, they could send it back, without me even visiting the store. Or, if the courier can't pick it up, the boss even dropped by to pick up and send back the laptop to me. 10/10 - highly recommend for affordable, fast, and effective PC/laptop repairs.

We found Dotronix Computer Repair service through google search, initially I thought of carrying the PC all the way to their workshop but they offered if I would like to have my Computer to be picked from my home, I was surprised that we have this service in Malaysia also for which I gladly asked them to have it picked up as I am too busy to travel in KL traffic. Not to mention their professional work approach is praiseworthy. They not only repaired my computer which was not turning on but they offered me an upgrade which will revive my old PC for another few years to come. Now my PC is 6 times faster with all the upgraded programs. Dotronix will be my preferred Computer repair service provider from here onward.

My experience with Dotronix was great. I found them through Google, and they offered free pickup and delivery for my laptop. They fixed it in less than four hours. Before, I couldn't open my laptop because the hinge was broken and almost damaged my screen. Luckily, my screen was still intact. Dotronix kept me updated on the laptop's condition, provided a reasonable price, and accommodated my urgent request, considering I'm a student. I highly recommend them to others.
