It has been a long process of getting my screen replacement from this repair shop since my laptop was fairly new and the shipping itself already takes a long time. Dotronix was the only shop that is dedicated enough to help me find a supplier, it took them days to finally find one and I am really grateful for their effort. I finally got my laptop with the screen replacement and Ive never been happier as I got to use the touch screen fucntion again after months. Dotronix is a good repair shop as they provide pick up and delivery service from your house so transport wasnt an issue and Whatsapp messages was always replied when I ask for updates on the shipping progress of the screen and enquires were answered professionally.
